Client Brief

Our customer wanted a contemporary Garden Room with colours to match the existing anthracite grey windows and fascia board of main house.

The room is being used as a sports bar, so there needed to be enough space for sofas and a big tele!

Challenges & Solutions

  • Build time 12 working days.

  • Had to remove existing patio to make way for foundation piles

  • We built the base at a height that tied in well with the existing patio level, meaning there is very little step when walking in and out of the room

  • Customer wanted to put a large TV on the wall so we reinforced behind where the TV bracket will be mounted to ensure a solid fixing.
